Pathetic. Ordered several carry outs there in the past. If something is not wrong I’m surprised. This time was the last straw. Called in a carry out 10 minutes away. Show up and the manager frantically ask the waitresses who took the order and proceeds to tell me no order was punched in. So of course I walked out. As I have done several times in the past. This place sucks
This big boy is the worst of any big boy I have ever been to. The owner or manager(the old man) seems to not entirely know how to run a restaurant and also Is verbally abusive to his staff. I do not ever recommend anyone to spend money here.
One of the few Big Boys still operating in the area. It's a newish construction so the building is ascetically pleasing, food is good though portion size is lacking. Excellent, friendly service.
Haven't been to a Big Boy in a long time! It was really good. Waitress was nice and friendly and food was hot. Will be back!
I'm new to the Highland Twp rear area. I have been here three times for the breakfast buffet. Each time was always sad. The bar should in my mine be filled! Being a big boy that is on a major freeway off ramp I would think it would keep things moving filled and the service stuff that taking food from the bar to complete their orders. As I sat waiting for food to be made for the bar the staff is hang out not really doing much! As much as I loved the big boy buffet I will go to my home town Royal Oak/Madison Heights Big Boy! They know how to keep their customers happy! And I never saw their stuff finishing their order from the buffet. ( I watched eggs, hash browns, sausage,bacon and sausages gravy being place on plates and then served to waiting tables!)
